Operating Entity
These Terms cover the website at daddyjim.art, together the Service. The Service is operated by The MisoGenius LLC (the "Operator"). Certain original characters and artwork displayed on the Service, including the character Lorelai, are the property of Lorelai LLC, an affiliated entity under common ownership but separate legal formation, and are displayed on the Service under agreement.
The Operator and any such affiliated entity are commonly owned but legally distinct. Each entity maintains separate corporate formalities, including separate books, records, bank accounts, and tax filings. The Service is a gallery of stylized anime character artwork, together with original music and related articles.
